We had an water leak issue at my rental home during the independence day weekend. Adam from the company called and spoke to me about the process on the phone and help setup an appointment. The company then sent Roger over quickly and he called me an hour ahead to give me a heads up and found a small/simple issue with the plumbing. He not only fixed the issue and didn't charge me anything because it's a simple issue. Who does it these days? I'd recommend them for their honesty and great customer service. Thank you Adam and Roger. You guys are great.

After reading all the great reviews called 11/18 at 9:30am that I had a stopped up kitchen sink & confirming that they serviced SA. Call was answered by answering service. It’s now 5:45 pm & I never received a return call. Thankfully the next company answered & got a great technician out within the hour. Disappointed given the reviews. ***UPDATE - after posting the above review I was contacted by Cody, the CEO. He was very apologetic for not responding and said that there was a glitch in the system getting the messages to him. He offered their services to check my home plumbing for any possible concerns. I much appreciated his sincerity and follow up after in trying to get a convenient time. Gabe came out today, in the estimated time originally given. He was professional and did a check of my home and thoroughly explained the areas that may need to be addressed. No pressure to get it done right away. I can easily see why the glowing reviews were done that led me to this company originally. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you, Cody & Gabe!

Needed some plumbing issues corrected in a home we bought 2 years ago. Called and CEO Cody called me back. Told him I needed new garbage disposal, PVC pipes under kitchen sink replaced, and 2 new comfort toilets installed and the old ones taken away. He was able to give me a price over the phone and by the way, it was $600 less than all the other quotes I got. I was skeptical because of the lower price but because I like Cody's demeaner I decided to give PlumbSmart a shot. Boy, I'm glad I did!! They set an appointment for 4 days in advance and on the day of the work Ryan came over with his van and did all the work in less than four hours. I even asked Cody if he could clear the main drain from the house to the street and Cody said he would have Ryan run a camera down the drain and if there was not a problem, there would be no charge, Just shoot Ryan a tip, which I did!. My experience with PlumbSmart from beginning to end was 5-star. I never felt like I was getting ripped off like with other companies. Cody was upfront and to the point, Ryan was on time and did the work in a timely fashion, and even got a call from Adam, the owner, asking if I was satisfied with the work and thanking me for my business. If you need a plumber, these are your guys!

I recently had a new water heater installed as my last one kicked the bucket. At that install, the plumber advised that I should invest in a water softener. Prior to this recommendation, I'd been thinking about investing in a water softener for some time. This is because living in a home with hard water has left scale and buildup on my appliances and fixtures as well as has aggravated my son's eczema. Two days ago, I was doing my Yelply duties and giving shout outs to my fellow Yelpers and noticed one of my Yelp peeps left a glowing review for PlumbSmart. After reading the review and looking into the company, I contacted PlumbSmart via the Yelp request a quote function on 2/1/22 and received a response from the business almost right away. I was contacted by Cody who asked what my needs were to determine what type of water softener system I required. During the conversation, I never felt "sold"or pressured to buy the most expensive product. After the decision was made on which system I intended to purchase, to my surprise, Cody was able to get Roger (the installer) to my home within 24 hours to do the install. After the install, Cody called to ask if I had any questions and if I was satisfied. The level of customer service I received from PlubSmart is unparalleled. #supportlocal #supportveteranowned

If you want reliable and highly intelligent Plumbers who will walk you through everything with Water Softeners and Carbon Filters, this company is 10000% for you. I actually couldn't believe how quick they responded, got me a quote, and saw me same day. It's amazing what REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is like. They are above all othe plumbers in San Antonio. The water Softeners they installed and recommended for us were perfect for our house needs and made us feel like we were in great hands. I never once felt sold or pitched to; only was guided to the right decision and given the knowledge I needed to feel comfortable. Cody was the one who got me all set up. He was amazing. Adam and Roger were the ones who installed and they were so kind and answered any questions I could possibly ask. Save these guys in your phone I will only go to them from now on.

I HIGHLY recommend PlumbSmart for any of your plumbing needs. The CEO, Cody Blackmon, personally ensured that I was happy with the work. I had a leak from one of my hose bibs and he made sure it was taken care in short order. I was shocked when he was done in such a short amount of time! He even hooked my pool's auto fill back up to keep my pool running smoothly. He also checked the softness of my water since the pipe (connection?) to the hose bib showed tons of deposits from hard water. I've seen Culligan come in (not to my current home but in the past) and claim I had very hard water when in fact I did not. I was initially concerned that would happen again; however, Cody said my water was perfect (wow!). I have had such bad experiences in the past with people trying to rip me off; it was so great to find someone (a company) that I can trust. So, I'm passing on the good news to anyone and everyone that will listen (or rather read it here!). Don't hesitate--these guys are GREAT and honest and fair! Thanks Cody!

I had a major issue on a Friday night at about 9 o'clock that came to light on Saturday morning around 7 AM with my water supply to my home being completely dead. After calling around to more than a dozen companies Adam from PlumbSmart. Adam was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help me with my small water emergency. Even though the trouble it turned out to be was not his area of expertise he was resourceful enough to team me up with providers who could professionally solve my issue; he even followed up with me over the next 2 day to make sure I was completely taken care of. I recommend Adam and PlumbSmart for any plumbing home systems issue you may have. Five stars all day every day
