What we collect

When you fill out an estimate or contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the problem. If you book an appointment through our online scheduler (run by HouseCall Pro), that service collects the details needed to set up the visit. If you call or text us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up on your job.

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and PostHog unless you turn analytics off below. These tools collect standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type, traffic source, clicks, and how visitors move through the site. PostHog may also create privacy-masked session replays; all form inputs are masked and form names, phone numbers, and problem descriptions are not included in analytics events.

How we use it

We use your contact details to answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and perform plumbing work, send appointment reminders, and keep service records for your property. We may ask you for a review after a job. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Services we rely on

A few outside services help run this site: HouseCall Pro handles online booking and scheduling, Google provides analytics, maps, and review data, PostHog provides website analytics and privacy-masked session replay, and our hosting provider stores the site and form submissions. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We share only what is needed for them to do their job.

How long we keep it

We keep service records and contact history for as long as we may need them to support past work, honor warranties, and meet Texas record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics and PostHog.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text STOP to opt out of appointment texts. You can turn analytics off or on below, and the site works without analytics. To make any of these requests, call (210) 810-0810 or send a note through the contact form and we will take care of it.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
