Our owner Adam Shannon, has been in the plumbing industry for over 15 years. Starting PlumbSmart was no overnight success, it took many years of learning from different plumbing company’s that he worked for, to finally find the confidence and passion to open up his own company. What drove him the most was the customers that he met throughout the years and the stories they shared about poor customer service or bad experiences from so many different companies in the area. Which helped him grab hold of his own customer service skills while maintaining excellent plumbing along the way. Adams passion for this company will mean teaching his employees that same value of customer service in order to make the world of plumbing a better place and a SMARTER place. The plumbing industry is becoming more innovative every single year and PlumbSmart is taking it upon themselves to help educate both my clients and my employees in order to bring everyone the service that they deserve.
