These terms cover your use of plumbsmart-tx.com, which is operated by PlumbSmart at 1233 Safari St, San Antonio, TX 78216. By using the site, requesting an estimate, or booking an appointment, you agree to them.
Website information
The articles and service pages on this site are general guidance for homeowners, not a diagnosis of your specific plumbing system. Conditions vary from house to house. Before starting any work, a licensed technician will inspect the problem in person and give you a written price. That written quote, not the website, is what governs the job.
Estimates and scheduling
Requesting an estimate through the site does not create an appointment by itself. We will contact you to confirm a time. Online booking runs through HouseCall Pro, and appointment times there are confirmed once we accept them. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (210) 810-0810 as early as you can.
Plumbing work
Plumbing services are performed under Texas law by licensed plumbers. PlumbSmart is licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (License #M-42778). The price we quote before starting is the price you pay for the quoted scope. If we find additional problems once work begins, we will explain them and get your approval before doing anything beyond the original quote.
Site content and ownership
The text, photos, and branding on this site belong to PlumbSmart. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy pages or articles for commercial use without asking us first.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to outside services such as Google Maps, review platforms, and our booking provider. Those sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.
Liability for site use
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent Texas law allows, PlumbSmart is not liable for losses that come from relying on website content alone. This section is about the website.
