I've worked in plumbing for more than 15 years, and I've been with PlumbSmart since the day we opened. As CEO and co-founder, I spend most of my time making sure our team has what it needs to take good care of our customers. Homeowners should be able to count on a straight answer and work done right. That's the kind of company we've worked hard to build. I learned a lot about discipline and accountability while serving in the U.S. Army, and I still bring those lessons to work with me every day.
